Why, when I click: Use the advanced price management mode, it seems to accept everything, it does not display any errors, only when the quantity increases, the price remains the same. Tell me please.

the data is passed to js in the template. It's not a big problem if bitrix programmers mess up something sometimes... see the output in script.js in the "window.JCCatalogSection.prototype.QuantityUp" function
