How are ad extensions displayed?

Good afternoon! I have additional extensions included in the announcement. links, clarifications, address and phone number.
But, I can't figure out how they are displayed.
When my ad is in 1st place, there are no extensions when they appear below. I thought that this was a Google feature, but after looking at the announcements of the "socket" I realized that this was not so.
1. By what principle does Google choose when and what to display?
2. How many different extensions does Google display?
3. Is it possible to set up that when my ad is always shown!!! at least 1-2 extensions were shown?
4. How to remove the URL from the header?
And 1 more off-topic question, if one cs has an exact match type, then if the search query consists of 2 words, one of them matches my exact one, will the ad appear or not?
Thank you!

1. Extensions are selected for display using Google's proprietary algorithms. But it is known that they clearly affect the likelihood of showing extensions:
-The position of the ad. Usually extensions are shown only in positions at the top of the issue.
-Quality of ads and site.
-Extension quality.
-Probability of a click on the extension.
-Possibility of improving ad click through extension.
That is, you can only influence the display of extensions indirectly by working on the quality score and setting sufficient bids. But extensions are required. In addition to increasing the CTR, when choosing between an ad with no extension and an ad with a quality extension, we will choose the latter.
2. Google Adwords can display 3-4 extensions at the same time, for example: additional links, clarifications, phone number or address.
3. Accordingly, no. Google itself decides to show the extension for a specific request, a specific user in a specific case or not.
4. The URL is substituted in the title if Google cannot or does not want to substitute the first line from the ad. In order for the first line to be substituted, it must not be too long and have a dot at the end of the sentence (whether in the middle of the line or at the end). But even in this case the substitution is not guaranteed, see point 1.
5. No, there will be no show.
