How anonymous is HTTPS and Tor for an ISP?

  1. Does the provider see the full address of the page in the logs (for example, https://abc.xyz/page/) when using https, or does it only see the domain itself when visiting internal pages? ( https://abc.xyz) ?
Does it see the content of POST and GET requests with https?
Man in the middle attack is not considered.
  2. Does the provider see logs of page visits (http, GET and POST) when using the Tor browser?
That is, is the traffic between the Tor ingress node that the browser connects to and the browser itself when surfing http pages (not .onion) encrypted?

1. Sees only the original request, which is still unencrypted
2. No.
But the very fact of using the torus - it easily already suggests that there is something to hide :)
