How and where to export a picture from psd so that when you exit it turns out to format obj or so on?

Hey Ya. I want to make a picture so that you can rotate the mouse. As I understand it is better to use three js. A picture in a psd template how and where what to do in order to get a format that will work with three js in the future. And do not tell me which option on the examples page at https://threejs.org/examples is suitable for my implementation.
