Task Management
Denis Titusov, 2015-04-22 16:35:35

How and what task manager do you use?

Good day to all.
I want to ask the community how you organize your daily activities, such as:

  • Housework
  • Shopping list
  • Goals for the future
  • Tasks for the week
  • Cases for a month
  • ... etc.

In general, my goal is simple: to find a task management system and learn how to use it so as not to spit in a month (hello, Any.do).
What are the wishes (in order of importance, starting with the highest):
  1. Projects
  2. tags
  3. Application for Android and web
  4. nested tasks. If the degree of nesting is greater than 1, it's generally fine.
  5. If possible, simply adding a task (in Trello this is done quite conveniently, for example)
  6. Ability to specify a date for the task. Or a period of dates when it is worth starting it, when to finish it.
  7. Calendar.
  8. Agenda.
  9. Notifications.
  10. Priority/points/time spent.
  11. Offline editing (I haven't seen many such todos so far)

I used to use Wunderlist, but I had to abandon it (it was inconvenient for me). Now I use Trello and Google Keep in parallel, it becomes a complete bacchanalia, and it starts to seem to me that I am using Trello incorrectly.
Therefore, I ask you to tell us what tools you use. If possible, with examples.
Thank you!

Mmmm, what do you not like about Wunderlist?
Cross-platform, multi-level.
Well, or Asana, but she is completely overkill for this.
