Scheduling in Windows?

Good afternoon. Recently switched from OS X to Windows and got frustrated with the ability to make plans (To Do and calendar). There are no native applications at all (except for the Calendar, which does not suit me).
Can you tell me which scheduling program to use?
Loved Clear and Fantastical.

Wunderlist
But it's more like a ToDo list. There is no calendar, as in Fantastical, although dates can be set for tasks.

I use google calendar conveniently, always at hand both on the phone and on the PC

If possible, buy a subscription to Office 365, it comes with Outlook, an extremely powerful tool with integration into almost anything.
