Greetings!
It is necessary to implement the deposit / withdrawal of electronic currencies on the exchange service
through QIWI, today I registered a QIWI wallet, but did not find the Developer API or something similar, plus I am a citizen of Ukraine, which complicates the process.
I will be grateful for help.

In Ukraine it is impossible. It is possible only in Russia and Kazakhstan.
