forget to take payment for placement. And then the client wanted to pay monthly. Here, in general, akhtung :)

For billing - automatic invoice generation, payment acceptance - desirable, but not necessary.

ISPManager plus. Just buy a license not from them, but from resellers. For example, www.isplicense.ru took Pro lifetime from them without support.

ISP Manager + RootPanel will be cheaper, billing is not smart, but it solves its problems. Now we are implementing this link
