Home accounting with synchronization on different devices

Actually, we are looking for a home accounting service with synchronization on different devices (Android, PC). Who uses something like this? Also, as I understand it, there are no free ones (after all, accounts must be stored somewhere), so it would be interesting to know the rates.

This question was already in QA, but a year has passed since then, maybe something has changed.

See what the requirements are. For example, I have enough signs (income, expense) in Google Docs, and I have Google Disk on all devices. View, add conveniently.

Um, web services are out of the question? If so, why - because of the inconvenience of working with them in browsers on mobile devices?

Right now I am writing mine in c# asp.net mvc4 with twitter bootstrap.
It’s not very difficult for me either - income / expense / categories / description + statistics charts + maintaining regular expenses (for example, utility costs - electricity, water), because Google Doxa is tired of the sadness of analytics.
There are plans for softinko under windows phone, with photographing (and suddenly OCR) of checks.
