HMVC vs. Is there an alternative for a high-load project?

I am using php5.5 with oops.
Initially, I started with a block design (2010), switched to mvc (2012), then to hmvc (2014-2015), is there any way to move?
With each new engine, the platform worked faster and faster.
But if we compare hmvc with mvc, then hmvc is slower, eats more memory (when compared with low attendance), but scalable, maybe there are other concepts? Where to look in the future?
