Hide MX record?

Hello.
We use mail for the domain from Yandex. Everything is great, but there was a task not to show that we use it. And this can be seen if you use the dig command, for example.
Is it possible to somehow "prokinut" it through another entry in the dns or through another ip?

Of course you can, just delete the record from the DNS and that's it, though there will be no sense from the mail then, but what can you do, the standards are so standard :)
You can of course use the relay and forward mail to Yandex from it, but all this is crutches and idiocy.

Take mx.yandex.ru IP addresses

>host mx.yandex.ru
mx.yandex.ru has address 87.250.250.89
mx.yandex.ru has address 93.158.134.89
mx.yandex.ru has address 213.180.193.89
mx.yandex.ru has address 213.180.204.89
mx.yandex.ru has address 77.88.21.89

Create an A record in your (example.com) domain, for example
mx IN A 87.250.250.89
...
mx IN A 77.88.21.89
and change the MX record to MX from your domain. But keep in mind that you will have to monitor the change in Yandex's IP address, you can automate this with a script.
Alternatively, you can add CNAME
mx IN CNAME mx.yandex.ru.
but when resolving the MX record, the CNAME will most likely be visible.
