Computer with Windows 10. Installed Kaspersky Small Office Security, VipNet, AnyDesk, CryptoPro, VLSI, etc.
Used for electronic document management.

Servers are pinged by ip, programs that connect to their servers directly continue to work, the local network too, the tray icon Access to the Internet does not change, but new pages do not open and ping to them does not A
simple reboot does not help. He treated it by resetting sockets (netsh winsock reset), reloading ipconfig (release, then renew), enabling or disabling the above programs.
What exactly helps - has not yet been established.
I tried to change dns-servers (Yandex, Google, Beeline, cloudflare) - both on the computer itself and through the router - the result is the same.
Sinned on iron or cable. Booted into CureIt - works, rebooted back into Windows - again no

It's clear that the conflict is between all the paranoia that I have. But how to understand - with whom exactly?

Well, for starters, disable antiviruses / firewalls.
then turn off vipnet...
check if an error occurs
