Hidden partitions on HP laptop hard drive (MSR, WINRE, RECOVERY)?

When reinstalling windows, I found several hidden partitions on the laptop. Here is the picture: rghost.ru/7trfYYj6b.view
I understand that you can restore the system from recovery (why do you need winre then?). If so, then it turns out that I can delete all partitions except recovery and install a new system. And then, if necessary, install windows 8 from recovery, which came with the laptop?

If you violate the partition structure on the hard drive, you are guaranteed to lose the ability to restore the pre-installed OS using a hot key. If you have a burning desire to save a few GB on your hard drive, then make an OS recovery media.

WinRE is a recovery environment. It is loaded when there are problems booting the system.
Recovery is a recovery environment along with a distribution kit, programs and drivers. If there are problems with the system, then you can roll back the system until the moment you buy a computer.
WinRE will automatically be created when you reinstall the system.
