Hetzner maximum virtualization?

How many virtual machines can be created on the EX60 tariff?
Can I use 1 ip for all virtual machines by setting up an rdp connection to configure on different ports?

1. Depends on the resources allocated to each VDS
2. No. Haven't seen this option. And the meaning is not clear to me.
In general, Hetzner is not a fan of handing out IP addresses. Therefore, the organization of VDS hosting on it is a dubious undertaking.

At the moment, 3 virtual machines are running on this tariff - 1 AD, 2 terminal servers (MSSQL, 1C). All this on Centos7 with KVM. From 12 to 20 users work on terminals. For access via rdp, each virtual machine has its own port forwarding. The flight is normal.

On the EX60 less than on the EX40 - SATA-II loses a lot to SATA-III in terms of performance.
8, max 10-12 on EX60.
On EX40 - about 20, if they do not actively crawl on the disk.
