How to automatically forward USB devices on a host server with CentOS 6.6 with KVM to a virtual machine.
Forwarding to the bus and device address does not work. when rebooting, the address of the device changes.
It is important to find out the correct usbbus-usbaddr pair for the device by its serial number.

For a similar task, I forwarded the entire PCI device of the USB host. Fortunately, the physical USB ports on the board belonged to different controllers: two independent controllers for USB2.0 and another separate one for USB3.0
But VT-d support is needed.
