Heroku not logging in, how to fix?

Something similar, when you try to log in, nothing happens, the reason for trying to log in was the fact that my projects simply disappeared, in any case, access to them from the outside. According to F12, it says that the cookies are not relevant, Clearing the browser cookies did not lead to anything. Change your password too. DNS also tried to throw Google ones, but alas, ah.
