Help with ESXI 4.0.1?

Cost EsxI 4.1.0 on Evga Nvidia 680i motherboard with Intel Core 2 6600 @ 2.4Ghz, 2g RAM and 1g sata samsung 72k rpm disk - there are three w2k8 servers on it - when connected to the server console, the lags are crazy, some components like mmc are loaded for hours - what to twist, where to look - there are no more my strengths

zloyshaman, please note that part of the VM memory has already gone to swap and even more to ballon, which may explain the brakes, because. one drive can't handle that much activity.
If you can - connect to the server via ssh and send the output of esxtop via disk device (u button)?
PS on the processor you have no problems.

zloyshaman is right. 2GB of memory is not enough for a hardware server with ESXI + 3 virtual servers 2008, and IMHO it's not enough.

In addition to memory, when braking, I recommend looking at the cpurdy parameter in esxtop, if it is more than 10 for each vCPU on your VM, then it means that the percentage cannot cope with the command queue from your VM.
