Help with choosing a console

Decided to buy a console here. The problem is that here I am completely off topic - my last device of this kind was a dandy

Main Criteria

Price within 20k rubles (better cheaper of course) Reliability
- because I live in the province of a trip to the SC for warranty repairs, it’s not ice so that heels of disks do not cost more than the device itself. Stock for the future - so that a couple of years there was no need to change to something newer. The presence of suitable games for 2 people - with his wife, time to spend together is necessary. The presence of a Sims3 port is a prerequisite put forward by the second half.

Optional

The ability to surf the Internet via wifi

1. All consoles are cheap
2. All break down the same way
3. Heels of 100% games will cost more than the console itself, they earn money on this (or buy a broken line)
4. You won’t change in a couple of years if you take the latest versions of the console.
5. Everyone has
6. Platform: PC Windows, Mac OS X, iPhone iPod touch, Xbox 360, Wii, Nintendo DS, PlayStation 3, Nintendo 3DS (c) Wikipedia.
In general, choose between the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, the first is weaker (although you won’t notice the difference), but you can get 100% broken, the games will be cheap, the second I don’t know about brokenness, I haven’t followed this for a long time, but it will come out more expensive than 100%.
All top games come out (usually) for both consoles.
the prices of the games are the same, within 50 ye (it seems to be, in general, expensive)
Since I haven't been following consoles for a long time, I might be wrong =)

If surfing is a prerequisite, then PS3 (although I tried it - the pleasure is doubtful), if not, I would advise XBOX. At the very last and absolutely satisfied, I recently bought just Sims 3. I plan to buy kinect.

1. I haven't seen consoles more expensive :)
2. I've never had anything break from consoles, so - xs. But Sony SCs are still common, I don’t know where you can repair Wii / 3DS or Xbox.
3. New games ~ 2500 with us, a month or two after the release of ~ 1500. However, everything breaks down and you can download games from torrents :)
4. This is perhaps Wii-U, which has not yet been released, and so the consoles, although they still give out a high-quality picture, are already inferior to the PC. So in 2-3 years, a new generation of consoles is expected.
5. This is absolutely not a problem.
6. Sims are everywhere.
There are now consoles for home 3 - PS3, Xbox360, Wii (+ Wii-U, soon).
The difference between the Xbox360 and PS3 is in the details. Personally, I like PS3 more because of: free multiplayer (and MS needs a subscription), IMHO joystick is more convenient, BD support (games now weigh a lot, they don’t fit on 1 DVD, and 2 too), Move + Eye is also more to my liking than the Kinect, but falls short of the Wii.

As mentioned above, Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3. The differences between them are not big. Personally, I chose the PlayStation 3 because of the exclusive games (I love slashers).

+ for ps3 - the ability to hack firmware <= 3.55 and install homebrew, with all sorts of goodies like showtime (playing mkv, etc ... from flash drives and over the network.)

In addition to all of the above, I recommend going to friends / to the store and playing it yourself, maybe something subjective in some console will not like it. For example, I don't like X-box joysticks.)

for Xbox360 - kinect.
for PS3 - ease of hacking and ease of installation of pirated games.

In general, it’s better to take both (PS3 and XBOX360), but since we are talking about inexpensive games, it’s better to take the XBOX360 on it for a bit cheaper games.

As for two years, I would not bother - the current consoles are already on their last legs. As already mentioned, Nintendo has already announced the release of Wii-U (nextgen Wii) for the next year, I think that MS and Sony will also most likely issue new consoles in a year. So it's not really relevant right now. IMHO.
I'm not the owner of the console myself, but I'm also thinking about buying. True, I'm leaning towards Viya

The number one console is the Playstation 3. It is by far the coolest in terms of regular games.
If we take games with movements, then her competitors are ahead.
Kinect (from X-box 360) is the coolest way to play with movement (works the whole body). Cons: Not enough games. The choice of regular games for the X-Box is not bad (but less than for the PS3).
The Wii has the widest selection of motion games, but the motion itself is worse than Kinect. Technologically the most backward console, with the dullest graphics. There will most likely be a new version in the near future.
The Sims 3 is available on all platforms.
