Help estimate the cost of an Android app.

There is an opportunity to earn extra money, but I don’t know how much such work can be valued.
A small phrase book (2 languages - back and forth).

Main features (requirements):

- on the main page of the button to all sections (activity) - 5-6 pieces approximately;
- when the dictionary is opened, groups are opened, then when clicked, subgroups are opened and ordinary words in subgroups (ListViews);
- the word can be marked and added to the list of frequently used (favorites);
- do a search for words both in the entire dictionary (the entire database) and in (favorites);
- several help pages (presumably you will need to play with styles and so on ..);
- it is also possible they want to add sounds for their application (voicing of words), this point is not clear yet. I did not work with sound, but I think it should not be difficult.

I can program all this, though I can’t really estimate the time right now.
Please (if possible) focus on the European price market.
What I'm specifically interested in:

1. Price
2. If you are a developer, then your estimated time spent on such an application, based on the fact that everything is done by one person. (Hours)
3. How much do you estimate (estimate) an hour of work for an Android developer . Interested to navigate a bit. I am not a pro with many years of experience, but several applications have been written.

It is quite possible to demand $400 for such work. $200 is the minimum. Words in Sqlite database.
In the presence of graphics and texts, all screens are made in the evening. Another day for screwing the dictionary and debugging.
Time increases if there are problems with graphics or words from the customer.

IMHO it will be 2-3 thousand, although it seems initially that it can be done in a few days. But then a thousand little things will appear and everything will be delayed for 2 weeks.

The figure is clearly in rubles, judging by the description of the application and the requirements for it.
My estimate is 5,000 rubles. If they pay 2.5 euros, then you have the talent to look for a customer.

The price and labor intensity are most strongly influenced by various prettiness that customers want to cram in when the base is ready. And the basic functionality is 20 percent of the time, the rest you will spend on fine-tuning and testing. I can clearly see at least a month of development here (from start to finish), but it's up to you, maybe you work faster.
