Is it possible to transfer the driver from linux to android?

Colleagues, good afternoon!
There is a problem with the Microsoft HD-3000 USB Camera. When connected to an android device (TV set-top box), the camera works, but the resolution is only 640x480, but I would really like to use the maximum. On Linux the camera works fine. Hence the question, is it possible to transfer the driver from linux to android. Or maybe make a patch? In general, I don’t even know what to think and where to dig. I would be grateful for any help, tips, poke nose.

The source code for your camera driver module is minimally required. Determine what kind of module it is, then you need to compile this module for the android processor architecture, then you need to throw the module into android (if this does not work, then you will have to take boot.img and modify it) then use busubox and so on, try to load the module if it turned out that your camera should work. It also does paragonNTFS on android (the program allows you to mount ntfs media, while it loads the module, tracks devices and mounts them manually where you specify)
