I want to buy a laptop for pure coding (html css python) and not very complex manipulations in the system.
I have two laptops Digma eve 100 (10.1 screen 2 ram) (10K rubles) and Digma eve 1402 (14 screen 4 ram) (15K rubles) The
budget is pretty bad ... so I'm considering buying 1 laptop, is it enough for me its for such tasks and more difficult?
And you can recommend a laptop within $ 200 (and preferably lower))

If you want to put $200 to good use, don't consider cheap new laptops - chances are you'll get into a "stingy pays twice" situation and just throw your money away. Buy a decent used laptop. Just check it well, of course.
