I want to implement a graduation project => mini social. web for programmers.
Some of the functions:
1) Various correspondence rooms (open and closed).
2) Create rooms.
3) Secret correspondence.
4) Message history + the ability to forward messages + deleting messages.
5) Video conference.
6) ...
Please tell me which programming language to choose (Ruby on Rails, PHP, ...)!!!
