Hello. Why is this happening, I configure switches, routers, everything works, I understand network protocols and their logic. I took CCNP CCNA Security courses, but as soon as friends ask me to tell you about the work, how you set up what you do, what ospf or spanning tree is, for example, I start to explain to them, but I can’t explain, I start to make a reservation, I stumble, I feel like I’m falling apart and there’s nothing they can’t explain. As soon as I enter the terminal at work, I clearly understand and configure everything.

Therefore, you are an administrator, not a teacher. Knowing is one thing, but being able to teach is quite another. This is a completely different science, which is studied separately (or one must have a predisposition to this)

For teaching, you need to remember the meanings of the terminology by heart (at the same time, it is meaningful to remember, and not like a parrot), know the network device by heart (I mean having a ready-made template for explaining it) and be able to immediately demonstrate an example of its construction when applying certain functionality (i.e. have ready-made demo samples in your head). To do this, you need to build your own training on the basis of what you have to explain to someone, so much so that even a not very smart person understands. Or you will have to make notes after the training. In general, I don’t think that you need to have talent here, or a special ability to speak - just draw up a training plan and notes for it, well, learn them by heart. Yes, there are people who have a predisposition to teaching, but this does not mean that if you build a competent training plan,
