Hello, what kind of IT education to choose in absentia?

Hello!
I'm about to graduate from college in Information Systems.
Now I'm thinking about higher education for a part-time programmer. I live in the Far East in a small town, and I don’t think about moving yet, and I want to study in absentia using remote technologies.
I chose the university: TUSUR, state.
I am interested in two areas: "Software Engineering - Industrial Software Development" and "Computer Science and Computer Science - Software for Computer Equipment and Automated Systems"
Training programs for ICT
and Software Engineering

What education is better for a programmer developing Websites, Mobile applications and for System/ Network Administrator?

Or which distance university would you recommend?

No difference. Neither one nor the other will teach you how to develop websites and mobile applications, just as they will not teach you system / network administration.

Krch, now I’ll tell you something like what I did and I’m fine)))
I left the sharaga and when I studied in it, I delved into devops.
If you need money and at least some IT work, then immediately go to sysadmins, and from there to devops.
devops mostly owns PL like python. With the knowledge of Python, you can switch to django as well. Web development is already starting from there.
sys.adminstvo in Russia is monotonous. It is enough to go to YouTube and write "windows administration"
This is more than enough to work for 20-30k rubles. The rest goes along the lines of "Administration 1C", automatic telephone exchanges and the like, this is already learned in practice and there is nothing complicated about it.
Casemo courses. This is a translation of content from en \ eu YouTube. How can you not look. All their lessons are identical and are available online. You will not find anything new and unique there.
The only normal content you can find on "Slurm" and this is in the future, as you get used to devops.
If in time, then in a year you will be "like" a sys.admin and work wonders with a window, and then you will switch to devops on linux and life will begin there from scratch.
Yes, and it’s not scary either.)
If there are or will be questions, then you can ask them in the cart. I won’t mind @ terronex
