Hello! The desktop version of telegrams stopped working through proxy services, what do you recommend?

Good day!
I'll start from the very beginning. After the sensational blocking of Telegram, stably, without any changes, I still have the Telegram application on android to function. But the Telegram desktop program version 1.2.17 on Windows stopped working (which is very strange, since the IP of the smartphone and the computer is the same (I use the Smartphone as a router and distribute Wi-Fi to the laptop from there)).
BUT all this was solved quite simply - by registering third-party European proxies in the connection methods.
Or just by clicking on these proposed proxies - services that seem to change proxies automatically (tg://socks?server=tg.airpush.com&port=1883 tg://socks?server=u0k12.tgproxy.me&port=1080&user= telegram&pass=telegram )
But today these services suddenly stopped helping. Dozens of third-party Soks5 proxies have also been tried - none of them launch telegrams. What to do, what is it?
Install Soks5 bot? there are also disadvantages.
I came across an article on Habré ( https://habr.com/post/412755/ ) that talks about MTProto Proxy Server. But looking around her, I realized that this is not for ordinary users. There are some codes there ... Explain how to use it and what is now optimal for unlocking the desktop version of telegrams.
Thanks

Start by updating Telegram Desktop to 1.3.0.

Apparently, your provider stupidly cuts Socks by signatures. In general, Socks is an unreliable protocol, it does not even encrypt connections and is easily viewed. It is better to switch to more reliable methods. You can try TOR, it creates a local Socks5 proxy through which programs can work like through a regular proxy.
