screen resolution is not browser size. There is a tool bar and tabs on top, maybe a start menu at the bottom, and so on. That is, the height of the browser (even if the screen is full) is an individual value for any computer. Therefore, there is no direct answer to your question. The solution is to divide the entire layout into elements (logo, header, background, etc.) and tell the web page layout designer how these elements should be placed on the page. For example: the background is for the entire width and height of the screen, if the height is less than 1080 then it is cut off from the bottom (or from the top or at the same time); the logo is stuck to the left side and top with so many pixels indented; the title is stuck to the center, etc., etc.
