Hello! I cut out the image, a ladder appeared, how to smooth the image so that it is not visible?

CTRL+click on the layer thumbnail to create a selection around the outline of the wheelbarrow, then menu Select -> Modify -> Contract (reduce), play with the setting - usually 1-5 pixels is enough (depending on the size of your image).
The resulting reduced selection is inverted with CTRL + SHIFT + I and erased (del).
