Do I have to be a layout designer to get a job as a Junior Frontend'er?

Hi all.
I want to get my first job as a junior on the frontend.
I don't like (can't stand) translating PSD into HTML/CSS, or rather, I don't even want to learn it perfectly. BUT I love JavaScript, I like writing websites in HTML/CSS.
Hence the question: do you have to be a layout designer to get a job as a Junior Frontend 'er?
I would like to learn from people experienced and experienced, so to speak.
I will be very grateful for answers and understanding.

Layout and frontend are, as it were, inseparable things. It’s just that when filing some SPA applications, you can get by with a css framework and spend almost all your time on js code, but you can’t get away from laying out layouts when it comes to something normal.
I also hated psd>html before, but I loved the usual layout (saw demos on the codepen, so to speak, "from the head" or from the picture). Now, without problems and agony, I type from psd, as it turned out, I just didn’t know how to adequately use Photoshop (and right now, of course, I’m not a master) and I didn’t really want to learn this. Now layouts from good designers fall into my hands, where everything is conveniently and efficiently done + I adequately use fsh tools = layout is going great. Of course, this process is still much slower and more pleasant than downloading demos, but at least they pay great money for it :)

Frontend already implies it! One does not fit without the other. First, understand what a frontend is and the question will disappear by itself!

In general, yes, but it’s probably difficult, we have a lot of web studios in the city, the main lot is layout, but there are a couple of companies that are specifically about js, smart TV apps or just web applications. If you find such a company, not a web studio, then go ahead.
The second option is to go where they do it on the js back-end, where you won’t really need to make up.
But still it’s not clear why you don’t like it, and if you want to do front-end development, then at least you need an understanding of how DOM, css works, how to work with it from JS.
Answer to the question: almost always required, it's front-end )

I have six months of experience myself. In my office, knowledge of styles is not needed at all. Styles if necessary, then bootstrap. Everything else is a fierce hardcode in OOP and fierce queries to the database (we have created a separate abstraction, where you type directly write a query to the database).
