Heating of the webcam cable on an HP laptop. What is the problem?

Good day. Suddenly, the left edge of the lid began to heat up on the laptop. At first it didn't matter. But after a couple of minutes, it was impossible to take hold of the plastic. I removed the panel, in this direction I have a cable for a webcam and Wi-Fi. As it turned out, it was the camera cable that was heating up. It feels like 60-70 degrees, and it heats up as soon as you turn on the car, even Windows does not have time to boot. The camera itself, of course, is off. What could be the problem?

Short circuit. Pull out both ends of the loop and ring
