Headphones or speakers are not connected, how to return the sound?

Good day! In short, I turn on the computer in the morning, when I boot it gives a boot error. I was too lazy to mess around and for one I wanted to rearrange Windows, well, I set to work. Windu set, proven, which he always used. But this time something went wrong. After installation, there is no sound, although usually it was always there and the volume icon with a cross, updated the Realtek drivers from the asus website (motherboard manufacturer), the sound did not appear, updated with the SolutionPack, there is no sound, reset the BIOS to default, no sound. What to do?
