Headphones for everyday use

I decided to ask for advice, maybe they will immediately direct me in the right direction.
I want to take up to three thousand, with normal sound quality (I mostly listen to flasks), not terrible plugs, normal monitor ones.
Where to look? AKG? Sennheiser? Is it stupid to listen to go to the store and take from what is? (and almost all philips are there)
Now I have a Philips SHP2700, they fell apart wherever they could, and my hair is crushed just terribly (maybe it's because of my terrible hair, or no one has such a problem? a trifle, but unpleasant). Everything is insulated. Although the sound is like nothing.

Recently, I have been wearing glasses all the time, my headphones put pressure on the temples quite strongly. Perhaps due to the fact that the very “upholstery” of the earphone is thin.

From myself I can add KOSS Porta PRO
For glasses there is just a gap, the head will not get tired even after 40 hours - a feature of fastening and pads, nothing has cracked anywhere in two years - a metal frame. Sound quality depends on what you listen to. From my Sony Live With Walkman - not very much, I liked it very much with the iPod. They shout loudly, which at the same time is a minus. Everyone has to listen to your music on the bus, bad soundproofing, really not suitable for public transport.

Senhreiser HD280. You won't find anything better in this price range.

if you are considering open lightweight headphones - look towards the Senh PX100 or PX200 - they produce amazingly high-quality sound for their form factor and, among other things, are light and comfortable for long wear.

Only listen. In principle, the combination of your hearing and headphones is the only thing worth paying attention to (if warm lamps are not needed). And if you have blue electrical tape on your headphones, then they will last a long time.

On duty, I use Technics 1210 . A friend was looking for headphones for himself, tried a bunch of models. When he gave his listen, he said that he had not found it better yet (he said that he had tried senhi and philips before). In general, I’ll say that for sound players this is a classic (if you forget about all the pioneers there ), and for sound players, the accuracy of sound transmission is very important ...

If you wear glasses - monitors that cover your ear completely are unlikely to fit - the headband of the glasses will put a lot of pressure on your head.
I have a Sennheizer HD380, so they have a very strong pressure, definitely not compatible with glasses.
Above advised Sennheiser PX100 / PX200 (200 - closed, better sound insulation), take a closer look at them, or similar in fit.
Used 100, liked it.

I have been using Grado SR 60 since 2007 .
Of the minuses - foam rubber ear pads wear out and need to be changed from time to time.
Pros: Very good sound quality.

I understand you monitors. Yesterday I took Sennheiser HD 218: comfortable, not too tight. Before that, there were AKG K-44s: the sound is good, but you can’t sit in them for 4-6 hours, your ears start to hurt.
I recommend to look at these models:
Fischer Audio FA-004
Axelvox HD242
Beyerdynamic DTX 710
Well, Sennheiser HD 518

I have been sitting in a Sennheiser HD 515 for a long time . I don't feel them at all. The open type is true, but this is rather a plus (IMHO), because from before, from the ears of the closed type, the head ached. Price fit.
Just put on/take off carefully. The plastic is brittle in at least 2 places (a year later the cracks started), but I really like it.

AKG, Audio-Technica, Technics (if you can find it).
I have been living with Technics RP-F880 since 2005 . Good, no regrets.

I would recommend Audio Technica ATH-AD500 or Audio Technica ATH-AD300.
I am very pleased with the latter, to my inexperienced hearing.

Fostex T50RP, but the normal price if you only take it over the hill, we have 2 times more expensive - they can be used for the home. If you want to wear ears everywhere, then as an option - Audiotechnica es7, though it will turn out beyond your budget.
As an economy option, you can try the AKG K44, they will most likely sound better than your philips, I took them back in 2005, they are still lying around - strength is on top.

Sennheiser CX200 are great plugs for the price. True, due to the fact that they have a resistance of 16 Ohm, I don’t turn on my iRiver louder than 50-60% =)
