Who fumbles, tell me the state of the disk. As far as I know it needs to be replaced. I reinstalled the system, everything seems to be ok, but there is no FPS in the toys. I went through all the options, another system, firewood.

Your drive is showing excellent performance. No reassigned sectors, no slow poorly readable ones.
If you are sure that FPS in games rests on the disk subsystem (usually RAM, video card and processor affect this), then you need an SSD
