Hdd speed spikes in Victoria test, is it normal?

I recently bought a 2TB drive ST2000DM008, I decided to test it in Victoria.
I found strange speed jumps at the beginning of the disk, I tested it twice on different computers, on one via sata2, so all speeds are lower.
I am attaching screenshots of tests and smart. Should I take it to a service center under warranty or is this normal?
