HDD, available for writing / changing files / folders only to the Administrator (Windows 7). How to fix this?
Hello. There was an HDD. I bought an SSD and installed Win7 x64 on it. Now the HDD opens, you can climb on it, copy folders / files, etc. But: 1) you cannot create a file on it 2) in order to change any file, a window pops up "for *** this file you need to have administrator rights). " How to make HDD accessible?
