Can Chrome hang OS Windows?

As Chrome starts to lag for me, the system hangs up and weighs so much that only a reboot saves!
On Linux, for me personally, neither Chrome nor Mozilla hangs anything .. but here there is only one plugin, and that one for the toaster and that's it ..
the skatin hangs ... I tried to use Mozilla Developer Edition - the palette is normal .. but Chrome is more to my liking but he bastard hangs the system
How can you avoid and what should be done so that Chrome does not blunt and hangs the system if it lags?

Edge in Windows should be used for all reasons. chrome can hang everything .... because he fucking loves resources
