Want to try the propellerads network and use push notifications to increase sales? Has anyone advertised their sites through this network? Is there a result or push notifications only annoy users, what do you think?

Push notifications are needed for prompt delivery of important messages to the user. Advertising is definitely not one of them, so such use will only cause negative.
Specifically, my scenario - I generally preventively block all pushes from any applications, except for banks and instant messengers, and I am also thinking of blocking banks, otherwise one green one tortured me a little with advertising of my ecosystem.
If the application spams with ads in push notifications and it is not that vital, then, as correctly noted in the comments, the path to such an application is immediately in the trash.

It is impossible to say unequivocally whether this method of advertising will be effective for you.
If such notifications work for your target audience, then it will work.
If your target audience avoids spammy applications, or has a negative attitude towards such advertising, then it will not work.
In any case, you should not drain the entire budget on untested hypotheses.
