Have VPS with Windows 2008 R2/Win 7 remained in Runet?

Is there really no VPS with old systems left in the Runet?

Help finding something with Windows 7/Server 2008 R2. Priority 7 (I don't need server features).

Try renting a VPS where you can connect your iso
Install Windows yourself
Because support for win7 has ended, then all vendors have been automatically updated

2. You can independently purchase a Windows license and install it on the server.
3. It is not profitable for a provider to purchase licenses for software that is no longer supported. So you will not find either win7 or server 2008.
