Have an idea for a project - no implementation skills?

Good afternoon!
There is an idea to create a project on a specific topic. The idea includes the creation of a website. Interested in the question - how can a person without much experience in such cases (the maximum did the simplest site on joomla, it didn’t work out very well) organize this event?
It is clear that there are courses on creating websites, web programming, html + php, many companies organizing the creation of website design, etc. Is it possible to lose a project by contacting website development companies?

All cool guys say that you need to do what you understand, if you do not understand this or nothing at all, start understanding something first, and then take on projects.

Find money and hire professionals.
Create a team that will work for you.
And then there is no risk of losing the project.
Although I'm not sure that you have a mega-cool idea.
That everyone would like to steal.

Gather a team for a startup and promise the guys % of the profits.
True, all such projects in which I participated died due to 0.1% per 10 people))
The authors of the idea usually want 50-99%, although it is more logical to stop at 10-20.

Divide the entire project into parts and assign it to different performers. Do not introduce performers to each other.
For example, I only know HTML / CSS, I don’t know a single programming language and I’m not going to learn. But I can perfectly explain to the performer what needs to be done.

Just start working. You will study the issue along the way, you will hit bumps, you will receive feedback, but you will learn, and the project will be alive.

Idea: authorship + patent
Hiring a project manager (RP): NDA + contract + notarized copies of documents
And now the manager - let him think about the implementation, the team, etc.

An idea without implementation is worth nothing.
1. Or you can make some first version yourself and sell it to an investor.
2. Or you will find start-up capital, hire people, make the first version better and sell it to an investor at a higher price.
3. Or you will slowly develop the idea on your own and hire people from the first income.

two ways -
1) be able to do web development on your own (3-5 years of study)
2) be able to work with professionals - order from a company or create your own company (you also need to spend several years)
