Have a WP theme in mind for an IT blog?

Good day everyone! Usually I write everything from scratch, so I didn’t ask this question before)
Share the names / links to sensible, proven topics, you can do it in a minimalist style (preferably with a full-width header, but this is not the main thing)
+ maybe someone has an adequate highlighter plugin `a for code? (but not Crayon)
ps I have already tested about 10 topics quite carefully, my eyes run wide in the catalog, there are a lot of topics, but little sense :)

An even more minimalistic version: on Docuwiki.
Even more minimalistic - put the blog on github, building it locally using any site generator.
