UI interface of the universal schedule setting?

There are tasks. They need to be performed at a certain time, which the user specifies.
You need to make a universal schedule for completing tasks. Those. come up with a user-friendly interface how it could be conveniently configured.
So far, from what I have found, I liked the implementation of setting the schedule in crontab:

But still I think that this will not be clear to everyone. Therefore, I wanted to ask - can anyone see a convenient interface for such a schedule?
To make it more clear, you need to implement all sorts of options like:
- Do every day at 8:15 for example
- Do every day from 8:00 to 18:00
- Do on Mon, Tue, Wed of each week
- Do every 5th day of each months
- Do in January and March, but not in February
And similar options that come to the user's mind.
