The situation is this: a certain amount was recently stolen from my girlfriend’s card, money was transferred to a QIWI wallet. Bank MDM, Visa electron.
The type of authorization is not visible either in the Internet bank or in technical support until the transaction is completed (now it hangs as not completed), but there is reason to believe that the data for payments via the Internet was used. there are no transfers to QIWI in the Internet bank, I believe that they are not in ATMs either.
The card was used for payment only once, and it was on Biglion.
There are actually two questions:
First, what should I do, besides standard statements to the police and to the bank? How can I call Visa? The phone numbers listed on the website were not available.
Secondly, was there actually a data leak from Biglion?

On November 14, I received a spam letter from a certain social network "Hydepark - A place for mature people to communicate."
It came to a box, which I pointed out only to Biglion and never shone anywhere. This letter is the only one.
I don’t know if this network is connected with the biglion and they are insolently sending out spam, or the biglion is leaking information to someone, or they have broken them. I also don’t know if this case is related to yours, but there is such unpleasant information about the biglion.

I can’t say anything about data leaks, but it’s a fact that they either spam their emails themselves or sell them to the left. The unique soaps, made specifically for the biglion, have already received a dozen spam letters on the topic of coupons.
