Has anyone tried to improve / increase the conditions at work because they offer better conditions?

I have been working for the same company for almost a month. Very good friends with colleagues at work, many similar interests. But these HHs want to break my heart. I went to the interview for the sake of curiosity what kind of new startup was opened. Made an offer hard to refuse.
I want to know whether it is worth going to the authorities for an increase in salary to 40 - 50%, and an improvement in the condition. Since I have only been working for a month, it seems to me that they will not agree, but I have good results in working on the project. As far as I know, retaining an employee is their responsibility.
