There used to be psychics and everyone charged the water, now this role is played by coaches and coaches of one-sided growth. And the main beneficiary is the organizer of these courses. Every businessman or successful developer has done it himself without going to such courses.

Why are they needed?
To repeat a career for someone - usually there is no point.
To repeat a career after someone successful is not enough luck.
What kind of "expert" things can be heard there? The whole career is a banal thing.
You know how to do something, you find someone who pays for it - voila.
You don’t know how, you look at what is in demand, you learn and work.

I can recommend the books "Naked Economics" and "Summary in a Million"
The first is that goods today cost as much as they are willing to pay for them, and not based on cost. And in order to get the norms of offers, you need not learn technology, but the ability to sell yourself. Knowledge is not needed to get an offer, but it is necessary to stay in a job.
The second book is about how to sell yourself.
Well, as already mentioned, without knowledge, it will not work to linger. Look for a roadmap in your direction. There will be a plan, what tasks need to be solved to gain a certain experience
