Has anyone studied in China? For a programmer? Is it worth studying there?

1. I know one individual who later transferred to permanent residence.
2. He had a CEN faculty.
3. It is worth choosing not a place of study, but a place of work after training - he chose Foxconn, and then he cursed for a long time. Now he seems to have moved to Malaysia and is developing various variations of ARMs.
China is "chosen" because of government programs, social packages and incentives.

In order to enroll in a bachelor's degree in a Chinese university, you need to pass the HSK test for knowledge of the Chinese language. For 4 points out of 6, it seems like .. To know Chinese for 4 HSK, you need a year or even two to go to language courses at the university.
