Has anyone set up telephony and notifications in B24 to work in applications on android and ios?
Hello.
Most of our employees work from smartphones and tablets. We want to unite all users in one control system so as not to collect data from different messengers later, and for this we installed the B24 box for tests.
In the B24 Corp portal, it is stated that IP telephony is working - https://helpdesk.bitrix24.ru/section/45939/
But in fact it does not work properly inside the portal. For example, only admins (global) can call each other, and for all other users, calls are dropped on smartphones in the application for android and ios.

Notifications (push notifications) also do not work on smartphones for all users, even for admins. In order to see a message or a call, you need to open the B24 application on your smartphone.
