How to set observers and performers in Bitrix 24 via REST API?

I generate a python link using format() according to the documentation
https://dev.1c-bitrix.ru/rest_help/tasks/fields.php (table field structure)
and
https://dev.1c-bitrix.ru/rest_help/ tasks/task/item... (method task.item.update)
and send it with request. I pass auth. I tried to pass unused fields of the table empty and skip. It is possible to set all the main parameters except observers, performers and spent.
How to set observers, performers and spent?
