Has anyone removed a browser with bizigames from autorun?

For the first time in a long time, it took a restart of Windows and at startup the browser suddenly opened and loaded the site bizigamesPOINTorg. It is obviously launched through a certain batch file, but there is nothing suspicious anywhere in the autostart or services. Antivirus Eset Smart Security did not find anything bad. Maybe someone already faced a similar problem and removed this garbage?
