Fonts float in new browsers. How to fix?

I use the Opera 12 browser. Actually, why, but all because the display of fonts in it corresponds to the Clear Type settings. All new browsers on Chromium engines completely smear fonts along the horizontal axis.
What could be the problem and how can it be fixed if it is treated?
