Has anyone met with hanging Golden Dict on a graphical shell on mac os?

When you run this dictionary on macbook pro 18, the graphical shell freezes - the cursor works, the rest remains in the intermediate position of the launchpad transition to the desktop for about a minute. On high sierra, this did not seem to be the case, on mojave it appeared. Does anyone know what this has to do with? I didn't find anything on the Internet. Other programs (third-party and native) start quickly.
