Has anyone encountered the "cannot pre-load key file (ta.key)" error - OpenVPN?

Hello!
It was necessary to install a VPN, but on startup it gives an error: "cannot pre-load key file (ta.key)".
The file at the required location in the directory with the rest of the files. There was an attempt to clearly specify the path to this file, but nothing has changed.
Perhaps someone faced such a problem, please share.

Thank you.

@francua

I just ran into it, so far I have not found a solution)
Have you found a solution?
Oh, I transferred the config and certificates to /etc/openvpn/client, gave myself permission to this folder and imported it from there - it started)

What worked for me was raising the permissions on the file:
sudo chmod 777 ta.key
